posting Legolas

This was done around the same time as Aragorn. Most of the comments on it are saying that he looks a lot more like Legolas than Orlando Bloom. I also did a portrait of Orlando Bloom for a friend.




When I can remember, I will change the file types of my schoolwork, so I'll be able to post it. I really like how the t-shirt came out. Until later!

Eowyn and Aragorn

They were a couple that Eowyn wished for until she met Faramir.  
Of course, Aragorn was many, many years her senior   :) 
I did Aragorn in January of '04, but I recently did Eowyn in Oct '05
for a lady at the library, Donna.  She now owns both pictures :)

Parchments

These are some of my parchments
that I do, for stationary or just to be pretty.  I have a series going right
now on mystical creatures.  I have unicorns, pegasus, and mermaids
at the moment.  It was actually a series of LotR pictures using runes
that evolved into this style.  I even have a "Where's Waldo" one in the
making!

Here are two pictures of Frodo.  It's hard to believe I did these three 
years ago!  The most recent LotR picture I have done is of Eowyn, 
which I need to scan in.

School

I have recently transferred to a real 
college, instead of a community college, and am now in the 
Bachelor program for Visual Communications, aiming for a 
BA in 3D animation.  :)
The classes move really fast, as each one is only five weeks 
long.  I should be done by spring 2009, just in time for my
24th birthday.    ^.^
It's really fun at school except for my last teacher.  We kinda
got on each other's nerves, I think.
I have been drawing on the computer since Newsroom, in
about 1989? when we got our first computer.  I then moved
up to VGA paint.  When we finally got Windows, I had to
learn all about Microsoft Paint.  Now I use Paint Shop Pro 7,
Adobe Photoshop, and am in a class for Adobe Illustrator,
tho it is almost exactly like Photoshop.
Soon, I will be in the animation classes!  I have already had
two at the community college I went to.  They were the
basics for 3DS Max and XSI.  Can't wait to learn more!!

First Picture

Here is a try at posting my first picture.  :)   Her name is Mayuka and she is from the second Tenchi Muyo! anime movie.  I drew her on paper, then scanned it in and touched it up on the computer using Paint Shop.
